5 tips para que logres el equilibrio vida personal-trabajo

¿Sientes que el trabajo es tanto que no puedes tener una vida personal plena? Aquí te digo cómo tener una jornada laboral más eficiente y estar en equilibrio.


Uno de los temas más importantes entre los profesionales en México, es el balance entre la vida profesional y personal. Probablemente, dentro de tu equipo, hay colaboradores que perciben que su cantidad de trabajo es tan grande que no les brinda la oportunidad de tener una vida personal plena.
¿Cómo mejorar la percepción de este balance? Sin duda, un factor importante se debe a temas de estructura organizacional; sin embargo, influyen también ciertos hábitos que tienen consecuencias en la productividad y eficiencia de los ejecutivos.
A continuación te presentamos cinco prácticas que tú y tu equipo pueden poner en acción para tener una jornada laboral más eficiente, logrando un mejor balance de vida-trabajo.
1. Todo está en la planeación
Para lograr salir de la oficina sin pendientes en la mente y a horas razonables, realiza un calendario semanal en el que marques tus citas o fechas de entrega más importantes, organizando así tus prioridades conforme a esta agenda.

2. Establece horarios
Sería sorprendente si nos pusiéramos a medir la cantidad de tiempo que ocupan actividades como conversaciones de mensajería instantánea o interacciones en redes sociales. Aprovecha al máximo tu jornada laboral estableciendo tiempos y lugares específicos para estas actividades, utilizando la hora del almuerzo para conversar con tus colegas y socializar en tus redes.
3. El arte de delegar
Muchas personas prefieren no delegar actividades, ya sea por preferencia de hacer todo el trabajo ellos mismos o por falta de confianza en sus colaboradores. Mejor invierte tu tiempo en explicar detalladamente a tu equipo lo que buscas en su trabajo, siempre dando retroalimentación para que mejoren su rendimiento. De esta forma te puedes enfocar en los temas que realmente necesitan de tu experiencia y total atención.
4. ¿Sufres de juntitis?
Tener reuniones con tu equipo es importante y útil; sin embargo, en ocasiones las juntas pueden alargarse, desviándose del objetivo central. Para evitar esto, es vital establecer una agenda de los puntos que se tocarán en la reunión y apegarse a ésta, de preferencia limitando su duración de 30 a 60 minutos y únicamente invitando a las personas que resulten indispensables para el tema en cuestión.
5. Valora tus horas de descanso
Asegúrate que dormir bien esté dentro de tu lista de prioridades. El cansancio disminuye tu desempeño y desencadena un ciclo vicioso de largas jornadas laborales. Al final de un largo día de trabajo, aléjate de distractores, apaga tu celular y descansa para poder aprovechar al máximo los días por venir.

President Kempen of the DHV further stated that in Rojas’s robotics projects the students are first taught the basics in lectures and seminars and then have an opportunity to design hardware and software for robots by working in hands-on projects. Kempen said Rojas combines research and teaching in an exemplary manner and helps inspire young people to go into technical professions.
Professor Rojas first drew attention through international successes that his research teams won with their FU-Fighters and FUmanoids in the Soccer World Cup competitions for robots. Further attention came through the autonomous vehicles that student research teams at Freie Universität have been working on since 2006. Freie Universität Berlin's autonomous vehicle has a legal permit for both city and freeway driving and regularly drives on Berlin's streets under the supervision of the scientists.
Raúl Rojas González, born in 1955 in Mexico City, majored in mathematics and physics in Mexico and later in economics and social sciences at Freie Universität Berlin. He completed the habilitation process for teaching at German universities in 1993 in the subject of computer science with an emphasis on artificial neural networks. From 1994 to 1997 he was a professor of artificial intelligence at Martin-Luther-Universität in Halle-Wittenberg, and since 1997 he has been teaching at Freie Universität. He has received numerous awards, including the European Software Award, the first Wolfgang von Kempelen Prize for computer science history, and the Technology Transfer Prize from the Berlin Technology Foundation. Rojas is a member of the Mexican Academy of Sciences and the recipient of the Gold Medal of Science and Technology of Mexico City. Just four weeks ago in London, he was honored by the Computer Conservation Society for his outstanding contributions to the history of computer science, in particular with regard to the technical and theoretical reconstruction of major computing machines.
The German Association of University Professors and Lecturers (DHV), with more than 28,500 members, is the nationwide professional association of researchers in Germany. The association has been selecting a University Teacher of the Year annually since 2006, and in 2010 it already went to a researcher at Freie Universität Berlin. At that time Prof. Dr. Heather Cameron was honored for her commitment to Boxgirls International, a project that encourages socially disadvantaged young women to participate in society.
